Kelvin Tran is Chief Financial Officer of TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank® (AMCB) where he leads a world-class team of more than 500 professionals responsible for planning, managing and reporting the Bank’s financial results as well as capital. In this role, he has five important accountabilities, including Strategy & Efficiency, Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury and Capital Management. As part of AMCB's Management Committee, he is actively engaged in setting strategies, driving performance and ensuring the bank executes on key business priorities.

He has been with the Bank for over 20 years in progressively senior roles. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Finance, at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, leading a team responsible for TD's accounting, financial, regulatory & management reporting, tax, risk and regulatory data warehouse, finance shared services and third-party risk management. He has also been Chief Financial Officer of TD Securities, Head of Enterprise Decision Support, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management and Chief Accountant of TD Bank Group in Toronto. Kelvin was also the Chief Auditor of TDBG, where he was responsible for the administration and staff management of this global function operating out of six locations around the world and had overall responsibility for the planning, execution and reporting of audits, regulatory reviews and special projects.

He is the founding President of Ascend Canada, a not-for-profit organization focused on developing Asian leaders and was a member of the board of directors of Diabetes Canada and past chair of their audit committee. He was also a community member of the Finance and Audit Committee for the Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Kelvin serves as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance, Pension and Audit Committee to the University of Toronto - Board of Regents of Victoria University.
